  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 large tart apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
  • 1 medium grated carrot
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

For the Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise dairy-free if desired
