  • Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, which should take about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped bell peppers and taco seasoning, mixing everything well. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes so the peppers soften and the turkey absorbs the spices.
  • Mix in the diced tomatoes and drained black beans for extra nutrition. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes, reducing the liquid to achieve a nice, thick consistency.
  • Remove from heat and generously top your skillet with fresh pico de gallo and guacamole. For a little extra indulgence, you might consider adding cheese or fresh cilantro.
  • Serve the skillet family-style or in individual bowls, paired with warm tortillas or fresh lettuce cups for a low-carb option.
