  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, fresh parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan or form it freehand into a compact loaf on a baking sheet.
  • Place your meatloaf in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) and bake for 45–55 minutes.
  • If adding a glaze, brush the top with garlic butter or marinara sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  • Once out of the oven, allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
