Ingredients
  

For the Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2-3 tablespoons Canola Oil can substitute with vegetable or grapeseed oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper

For the Flavor

  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce adjust for spice levels
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce honey or maple syrup can also be used

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with canola oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle Sriracha hot sauce over the sprouts and toss to coat.
  • Spread the sprouts on a lined baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Remove from oven and pour sweet chili sauce over the sprouts, stirring to coat.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

Notes

Trim Brussels sprouts evenly for uniform cooking. For an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
