Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Crust

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Can substitute with ground turkey.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Low-fat or vegan options available.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Essential for flavor.
  • 1 large Egg Binds the crust.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs Dried herbs of your choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Adjust according to palate.

For the Salad Topping

  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Substitute with kale if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan For salad topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until sticky.
  • Form the chicken mixture into a flat, round crust approximately 10-12 inches in diameter on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  • While the crust bakes, chop the romaine lettuce and toss with Caesar dressing and additional grated Parmesan.
  • Once the crust is done, allow it to cool slightly before topping with the Caesar salad mixture.
  • Slice the pizza and serve immediately, optionally with extra dressing on the side.

Notes

For best results, assemble the salad topping fresh just before serving to maintain crispness.
