Ingredients
  

For the Spread

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise light version recommended
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper freshly ground preferred

For the Pinwheels

  • 4 9-inch Tortillas soft flour recommended
  • 8 ounces Sliced Turkey Breast deli turkey preferred
  • 1 cup Lettuce Boston or Butter, washed and dried
  • 1 cup Cheese options include Cheddar, Provolone, Monterey Jack, or Havarti

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, and Tabasco sauce. Stir until smooth, then season with kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  • Take your soft flour tortillas and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across each one, covering the entire surface.
  • Place slices of turkey, cheese, and lettuce down the center of each tortilla, leaving some space at one end for rolling.
  • Starting from the filled end, roll the tortilla tightly toward the empty edge, tucking in the filling as you roll.
  • Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pinwheels and secure with toothpicks if serving at a party.

Notes
