How to Make Iced Blueberry Matcha Latte

  • Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to ensure a smooth texture. Add 1/2 cup of hot water to activate the matcha without bitterness.
  • Using a bamboo whisk or a regular whisk, vigorously combine the matcha and water until it becomes frothy and smooth.
  • In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries and a splash of almond milk. Blend until smooth, adjusting the almond milk for your desired consistency.
  • In a tall glass, pour in the blueberry blend first, then add the remaining almond milk. Finally, pour the whisked matcha on top to form layers.
  • For a finishing touch, sprinkle a little matcha on top or add whole blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
