How to Make Malibu Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with an oven-safe rack.
  • Whisk melted butter and Dijon mustard in a bowl. In another bowl, combine Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip chicken breasts into the butter-mustard mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Consider double dipping for extra crunch.
  • Arrange coated chicken on the rack, mist with cooking spray, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
