  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thick rounds
  • 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), cut into quarters
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  2. Wash and slice vegetables: zucchini into rounds, bell peppers into quarters, asparagus trimmed, and onion into wedges.
