  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, drained corn, and rinsed black beans to the bowl.
