  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through (6-7 minutes per side). Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix chopped chicken, spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, bell pepper, onion powder, and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
