  • 1/3 cup raw or lightly toasted almonds
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers (jarred or homemade)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven broiler to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. Rinse and trim the leeks, then drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
