  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Roll mixture into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the baking sheet.
