  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Clean the Lion's Mane mushrooms under running water and pat dry. Slice them into thick steaks, about 1 inch wide.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Toss in the mushroom steaks until fully coated in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
