  • 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by breaking up any clumps in the day-old rice.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot.
