  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
