  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes (about 500g), cut into wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
