  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
