  • 46 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Shuck the corn, removing all husks and silk. Cut in half if needed to fit into your Instant Pot.
  2. Pour one cup of water into the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  3. Place the corn vertically on the steam rack inside the pot.
  4. Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  5. After cooking, perform a quick release by carefully turning the valve away from you.
