  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to about 350°F (175°C). Fry taquitos seam-side down until golden brown on all sides (about three minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
