  • 2 young leeks, sliced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups stale sourdough bread, torn into pieces

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté leeks until soft (about 5 minutes).
