  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Allow cookies to cool completely before icing by mixing powdered sugar with milk and citrus juice until smooth; drizzle over cookies.
