Instructions

  1. Dice the sushi-grade tuna and avocado into small cubes.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, and lime juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened to create the soy-ginger reduction.
  3. In a bowl, gently mix the diced tuna and avocado. Drizzle some of the soy-ginger reduction over them.
  4. Plate the mixture artfully using a ring mold or your hands for presentation.
  5. Top with additional soy-ginger reduction, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and garnish with sliced green onions.
