  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 package (14 oz) puff pastry or pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add ground pork and beef, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning; cook until browned (about 10 minutes).
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and cook until tender (15-20 minutes).
  5. Roll out puff pastry into two circles; place one in a pie dish.
