  • 3 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
