  • 10 rice paper wrappers

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and fish sauce; sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in chopped Thai basil. Let cool slightly.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft (about 10 seconds).
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture on one side of the wrapper, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Serve with sweet chili sauce on the side.
