  • For the Dipping Sauce: 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and gathering basil leaves.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with minced garlic and chili flakes until browned (6-8 minutes). Stir in soy sauce and remove from heat.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable (10-15 seconds).
  4. Place a soaked wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of the beef mixture and some basil leaves near one edge. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
