  • 1 lb Swiss Chard (fresh)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Rinse Swiss chard under cold water, remove stems, and chop leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add chopped chard and cook until wilted (about 5 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, half of the grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer half of the sautéed chard in the baking dish followed by half of the creamy mixture. Repeat with the remaining chard and cream.
  6. Top with panko breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
