  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts (toasted)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes), then drain and mash until smooth.
