  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
