  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Wash cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water; pat dry.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine halved tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil; gently toss.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
  6. Serve with crispy crackers or fresh vegetables.
