  • 1 large round loaf of sourdough or Italian bread
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red or green)
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the interior.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, bell peppers, dill, and Old Bay seasoning until creamy.
  3. Generously fill the hollowed bread with the seafood mixture and replace the top loosely.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving with extra pieces of hollowed-out bread for dipping.
