  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl; mix until coated.
  2. Press mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until combined.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust evenly.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water as per package instructions; stir in sliced strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
