  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern to enhance flavor absorption.
  3. In a bowl, mix together apple cider, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves until well combined.
  4. Place the ham in the roasting pan and brush half of the glaze generously over it.
