  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets (17.3 oz)
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (approximately 2 minutes). Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and the beaten egg; mix until well combined.
  4. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares or circles (about 3 inches wide).
