  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (or jasmine rice)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
