  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef (or pork/turkey)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 strips bacon
  • BBQ sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  3. Generously stuff each jumbo pasta shell with the meat mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed shell tightly with a strip of bacon; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place the wrapped shells on the grill and smoke for about 1 hour until the bacon is crispy.
