  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups chopped carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Store-bought pie crust or biscuits for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and chop onions and carrots.
