  • 1 cup raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice open each salmon fillet along one side to create a pocket. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
