  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Add shrimp and parsley; cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
