  • 1 lb pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, chopped for garnish
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine gochujang, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the pork belly in half of the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Spread marinated pork belly on the sheet pan in a single layer and drizzle remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
