  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds (toasted or raw)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Let rest before slicing into strips.
