  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warmed milk and yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Mix in granulated sugar, melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and salt. Gradually add flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (1/2 inch thick) and spread with melted butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the dough. Roll tightly from one edge to another.
  6. Cut into equal pieces (about 2 inches thick) and arrange cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
