  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 pound)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and optional spices. Mix gently until just combined.
