  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and a dash of garlic powder. Stir until simmering and slightly thickened.
