Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup sautéed bell peppers and onions
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until tender and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine cooked beef with sautéed veggies in a bowl; add garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  5. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread the filling on one half of the dough and top with provolone cheese.
  6. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling, pinch edges tightly, place on baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
