  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed red and green), sliced
  • 1 cup sweet onions (like Vidalia), sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
