  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Cheerios (regular)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. If using chocolate chips, add them now.
  2. Gently fold in the Cheerios until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it, pressing down firmly to compact.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the bars to set.
  5. Once set, slice into squares or bars and store in an airtight container.
