  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
