  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (packed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. In a saucepan, combine whole milk and sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Add fresh mint leaves and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse.
  2. Remove from heat, allow to cool for 30 minutes, then strain out the mint leaves.
